The Deputy Permanent Secretary delivered a speech emphasising the significance of ACMECS in fostering constructive cooperation both amongst the Member Countries and between ACMECS and Development Partners in being a Mekong-centric cooperation framework that is truly driven by Mekong Countries. The official logo marks a milestone for ACMECS that will help to promote its awareness, since the framework’s establishment in 2003.
