ACMECS operates as a cooperative, multilateral economic, trade and development cooperation framework. The Structure of ACMECS is based on both “bottom-up” and “top-down” approach. ACMECS Senior Officials, Coordinating Committees of the Three Pillars of the ACMECS Master Plan and their respective working groups provide strategic policy recommendations to ACMECS Leaders, Foreign Ministers and related Ministers who set the vision for ACMECS’ overarching goals and initiative.
